Processing Time

Please allow 2-7 business days processing time for your order to ship + the USPS shipping time after package has been dropped off. Please be advised that due to COVID-19 processing and shipping time may take longer than usual, we always strive for a speedy delivery but please be aware of the circumstances and delays.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please be aware that in the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, TIANAXONE, LLC assumes NO responsibility. All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. All orders placed are finalized however, changes will be considered but not guaranteed.  

Order Cancellations 

Orders CAN NOT be cancelled AFTER 24 HOURS of placing your order. Any requests to cancel orders AFTER 24 HOURS will be denied. When you order from TIANAXONE, LLC you are agreeing to our legal policies.

Delivery

Once your package has been shipped all delivery responsibilities will then be handled by USPS. Example: lost, stolen, damaged items, etc. If you have any questions in regards to your shipment, please contact your local post office.
